Why; The reason why I would like to be a staff member is because I feel like I am a pretty good person to help people, such as newbies, find their way around things.

Why should I?; You should pick me because I can help this site by giving advice, like web game or what not, and I like helping other members with stuff. And I also have some experience.
Experience; I currently am a Mod on one site that I go with and a while ago, I was a Mod for another site. I was co-admin a long time ago for a warriors site and I know the basic information a person might want to know.
Examples; Say i am on, looking at the c-box and I notice a person wanting to know about this site. I could explain the jist of it, and plus mention to look at the plot, to see if she would be interested. I would also say to look at the rules, and I would try to help her/him get started on the bio and I would be here to answer any questions she might have. Of course, if i can't answer them, I would say PM the admins.
Activity; I make an effort to try and come on atleast once a day unless i post otherwise
About you; I am kind, I know when things are allowed to be said and when definatly not. I like to help newbies because when i was one, I wasn't treated so nice, and I don't want that to ever happen to people when they try to see if rping is right for them.

Why; I'm glad you asked. Ahem. I wish for world domination through the control of young minds and I believe this the best place to start...I kid. Power is nice and yummy, but not for me. I am a fairly meek person at heart. I do however like to see sites such as this one expand and being a part of that would be loverly. I also enjoy talking to people, even if they don't want me to. Being apart of staff would cause people to actually want to listen, if only to use me and abuse me for their own RPing needs.
Postion; A Moderator position wouldn't hurt
Why should I?; Cause you love me, no? Well, more specifically, you love having a drone that can stay up in the long hours of the night doing your bidding. That's me! As for more technical problems, I can be of some assistance when coding errors arise. However, ask me to do graphics and you'll hit a brick wall. I CAN create things, but I do not have the program for it anymore (figuring out GIMP now). Oh, and as for being kind and helpful, I try. I put a human voice in everything I say, not wanting to seem like a mindless robot. I will not be harsh with people, mostly because I hate being hated, but when someone understand what the problem is and knows how to fix yet refuses, I do press upon them. -I must be truthful-
Experience; It has been a couple months since I have Moderated, that site long in the grave by now. I have been admin to sites of my own. Most living nearly a year. One was fortunate enough to live two years, seven weeks and two days -we had a site counter-

After a minute, TheD.esire will see the answer is simple. She will then explain -in too much detail- exactly how to fix said issue...then take a well deserved cookie break.

About you; Me? Brown eyes, 5'6...oh wait. Umm. I am a pretty average person. I and 17 and enjoying life, yo. Even though I really don't have one to enjoy, I try. I make bad jokes and prefer to study a subject before I write about it (thus the long times to make the app, post, ect) I'm the kind of girl who will 'lol' even when I don't get it so I don't make someone feel awkward. I enjoy getting people settled into new sites and having fun. It makes me all tingly...and it gives me the opportunity to meet new people and new RP styles. I can be a bumbling idiot or a smarty pants, depends on my mood for the day. I love people ^_^.

Why; erm... everyone has good reasons... haha. well, i've always been a helpful person, i'm friendly and this is one of those sites where you just want to help with what you can.

Position; that's honestly your choice.

Why should I?; i'm not overly amazing at really anything, my graphics are okay but not amazing, i have a good eye for colors so skins come easily to me. i'm friendly, calm and i'm kinda a peacekeeper.

Experience; well, i'm an admin on my own site Comatose. i've been a mod on numerous sites; [wotw, illusia, mirrored fantasy, condemned descent, and a few others. though sadly most are dead accept wotw, illusia and mf.] and i've owned other sites, but after a year six degrees of separation died, and my other ones, endless December, shadowed mysteries. [black fog valley and beachwood riding academy never took off.]

Examples; well, earlier today i gained us a member. haha. but i guess that doesn't count much though... err...
well, on mf and sm, we had quite a few members who constantly fought and bickered over the tiniest things, and i was often called onto the scene. most fights ended up with everyones pride intact, and they were still friends afterwords.
i have also directed numerous guests around sites, some not even my own ^^;. i've explained rules to people, and if they ask me something i can't answer, i go looking for the answer. [and i won't stop. believe me. xD]

Activity; i'm very active, and almost constantly on my sites when i can be, normally for hours at a time, so that gives me plenty of time to help and such.

About you; well... i love being helpful, i'm [overly] friendly, i like knowing it all, i'm stubborn and rather hardheaded. [this so isn't helping my 'image' xP] i have a way of sparking peoples muse, but i can also be a bit temper mental on bad days... i post really, really long posts. i'm a characterwhore.... hmm... errr... i dunno what else to put. xD

Why should I?; First of all, I enforce and follow the rules 100%. I'm always checking the rules to make sure that I'm following them well or if someone else is. I am very friendly and easy to get along with and also very helpful. I do what I'm told to do, and listen to directions very well.
Experience; There are three dead sites that were semi-advanced RPs that I moderated on called Fetch!, Thrown Away, and Imperfection. All of these were stray dog Role plays. However they have shut down and I miss them dearly : I am now an administrator on Dog's World, where I serve them very well.
Examples; I have helped less experienced role players become better a couple times, also advising that they take a break if their post count begins to falter greatly. On a previous site where I moderated on, I was asked to advertise and I believe I advertised on more then twenty sites and received over ten new members just on that day. I also answered questions some new members had on all four sites that I mentioned and explained in great detail so that they understood.
Activity; Currently I just joined here. But otherwise I'm very active!
About you; I'm sixteen, and going to be a Junior in high school. I am 5'5 with brown hair and blue eyes that change color to green or gray. I am a tennis fanatic but I also swim and surf. I'm friendly and helpful and will most likely do anything asked of me even if I don't want to do it. I'm very social and love talking with people but I'm a better listener.
