Whisper moved around with the shadows. Rats scurried off to hide from the larger animals that walked among them. This usually wasn't Whisper's thing, livin' in the city. He preferred less humans. He never understood them, those humans. They have dogs in their homes, at their parks, and then when you try to greet them, they get all scared. And what is a dog to do? Bark of course. Then they get even more scared at try to hit you. Thats exactly why Whisper's greatful to not been born a pet. Pets are fat, stupid animals that don't know how to fight. That don't care that there's a world out there! Whisper just grunted and walked on.
Turning to his left, then right, Whisper was soon involved in a tango with the alleyway. He didn't really know where he was but didn't really mind. He knew he would find his way back with his nose. Reminded of his nose, Whisper smelled food. Human food, the best there was. He walked gingerly up to a trashcan. He easily pushed it over, not bothered by the sound it created. Whisper quickly ate an unfinished chicken leg and some pizza crusts. He knew he had to hurry before other dogs heard or smelt the commotion that he was involved with.

F L Y N N !
the strong waves lapped at the canine's paws as she ran into the ocean, deeper and deeper. Soon, as her paws couldn't touch the ground, she began to paddle around, getting sunk under with each wave. A struggle for breath was taken as the waves swallowed her fragile body and her paws splashed the deep sea water. A bark or a cry was released as she screamed out for help, but to no avail. Others looked, but none seemed to care. But then again, she never really was cared for. The look in her helpless eyes showed that she was losing all the strength she had in her body and slowly her body sunk to the bottom.
flynn awoke with her small body in a puddle. her head jolted up and she soon realized that everything that had just happened was only a dream. "But... it seemed so real." She mumbled to herself, looking around to make sure no one witnesses her strange dreaming. She quickly realized that it was in the middle of the day, when she should have been doing something better then sleeping. Like, talking to males for example. Her pretty eyes glanced at the horizon and then she lazily stood her body up off the sidewalk. Luckily, it was in less of a busy street then others.
the decision to explore came to her mind as she then stretched out the knots in her body and let out a smooth yawn. Flynn then stood her body up and trotted forward lazily. But, just as soon as she woke up, her senses noticed the scent of a dog. Ears perked happily as she trotted towards the smell, finding an all black dog in the alley next to the one she had been resting in. "Umm.. hi?" She barked, only because she believed that this.. male, should have knows that this was her lands. Her pretty facade turned soft as her thin body traveled closer to the male.
Shake it, break it get off your feet, Flynn

Whisper's senses, at least his nose, was filled with the scent of food. His ears, however, caught a different thing. He could hear small paw steps towards him, then a bark or greeting. Well, more or less. Not bothering to turn around, Whisper finished his slice of pizza crust and then he turned. The dog was actually a female, with the markings of different colors. Whisper noticed that their features were some what alike, maybe their breeds were related. Whisper didn't care and that showed on his face.
"Whisper." He said. Sitting down, he atleast made an effort to say his name, however soft it was. He thought that this female might think that probably wasn't his name, but once again, Whisper didn't care. Sitting there, he lazily itched his ear with his hind leg and stared at the female. He kind of felt like this was her land but Whisper didn't feel like leaving. He had a nice meal, this could be a nice chat and hopfully, later a nice nap. No where in this plan included a fight.Whisper's eyes glowed in the somewhat dark ally. He had to admint, that when staring at this female, all he seemed to like was her colors.
